Fuel filter and whining noise

Hi, so I had a new fuel filter fitted, just routine maintenance, by a mechanic. Now there is a whining noise. It seems to be there all the time difficult to tell at higher rpm as the cab is quite noisy anyway.

Any ideas what this might be? Anything to worry about?
