d22 body lift

recently i have had a 2 inch body lift installed and was just wondering what i can do about the gap inbetween the stock bumper and how i can raise it up?

rear bar?
unbolt it.
mark and drill new holes 50mm lower on the mounts so it sits higher when you bolt it back up.
bull bar is basically the same.
