2014 D22 Air-conditioner cabin Temperature

Good day all, I have a general question, air conditioner cabin temperature. I have a 2014 D22 live in Melbourne, had the aircon on the other warm day, placing my had over the air vent it felt cool but not cold. Yesterday 17 Feb 2024, placed a BBQ meat thermometer into the vent with aircon on temperature went quickly to 15c, tried recirculating position and external air position.
This didn’t change the temperature drastically, generally the temperature moved between 15 - 18 c, checked the condenser fan operation seemed fine.

My question is what temperature is the norm for my model?

My wife has a Hyundai ix35 Highlander, the air conditioner in her vehicle blows freezing air.

first thing is whats the outdoor temp?
check how dirty the outside coil is, as its right in front they cop the dirt pretty badly.
i had no problem with ours but they where all single cabs which cool quicker. we would ice the windows up.
temps will vary depending on outside air temp, engine rpm and engine speed.
might pay to get to get air con guys to check it. enough enough to get a small leak.
