Awnings 2 or 2.5 x 3m?
Hey guys looking at getting an awning shortly for the summer holidays :) :)
Can't decide between the 1.5 which will go from snorkel to end of cab or 2 meter which ends 500mm from the cab
Any photos or experience will be great.
Will be going through adventure king's which is the nz version of 4wdwarehouse or 4wdsupercenter.
Cheers

Deciding between a 1.5 x 2 with lights
2x 2.5 w/ lights
2 x 3 w/ lights
Or a 2.5 x 2.5

2m long x 3 out from the vehicle, its not bad.
2.5x2.5 would probably be my pick next time though.

not at all, you don't have to shift you chair every time the sun changes position, and more protection from the rain when it comes in on an angle

I’m running a Kalahari 2.5 x 2.5. Easy to set up n plenty of shade. What I will say is even if there is no wind PEG IT DOWN. I’ve seen many get picked up and flung over cars. They bend and break really easy.

Yep. They look sturdy unpegged if theres no wind, but one little gust and it can send it flying!

Cheers for the information guys
Still not sure if I'll go for a 2 x 2.5
Or 2.5 x 2.5
As I want it on the same side as the snorkel
