Hi Guys/ Gals,
was wondering if anyone has pulled out a qd32 motor out so it can be
overhauled/rebuilt.
big job !! What's the best way to get it out ?

Welcome to the forum, what vehicle are we talking about? 2 or 4wd? Depends what you call a big job, one of the early guys on here did a complete body swap but yes it can be a big job. there are a few helpful tips, search engine removal
 
You don't need to take out the engine to replace the pistons. Just sayin'...
Unless you need machining doing, leave it in.
