one way clutch died on the alternator. so whipped that off and into sparky for repair. bearings where also stufed but brushes ok.
the tensioner pulley bearing was a bit sad so went to replace that. had hassle trying to find an exact replacement bearing. had to settle for a slightly skinnier one. so pressed that in with a good dose of bearing loctite.
went to refit the alternator and noticed a bulge in the water hose right beside the alternator. so replaced that small bit of hose. last thing i want is that bursting and drowning the alt.
i had the pull the intake off to get the heater hose pipes off and noticed the turbo rubber pipes had splits in them. so just ordered those.
also air filter hose is starting to split
still waiting on garage to supply the filter housing they screwed up.
so poor d22 is still off the road.
