size n rim fit

A newbie question here, i currently run 265/70/16's on my d22 and can get a set of 265/75/16's for nix,
questions are will they go straight on my rims? (sounds silly but wanna be sure as i am a dumba$$)
Also, is that small size difference any noticable?

Sorry for dumb questions but i am learning lol

3.4% increase. Somewhat noticeable.

IE, if you do 3000rpm at 110, you'll now do 2900.

Yep, I assume they are 7 inch rims, if so they will go on the rims no problems, Thats the biggest tyre most companies will recommend for that size rim though.

This tyre size calculator shows you exactly how much bigger they will be, 1 inch in diameter. Just make sure you have enough clearance for them.

Do you have a lift at all? If not you may have to trim/bend/mod the inside bit of your front mudflaps.

yeah i have no lift but getting 2" body very soon......tyres are good price so will get them anyways lol thanks everyone

If you do alot of towing or carry a tone in the back often keep the 70 series tyres.

General driving the 75 series tyres are fine, I just dont recommend for towing etc.

Nah i dont do any at the moment, thinking of getting a camper trailer soon thou so will keep the 70's just incase...thanks for the tip

Haha I was bidding on them too, my max was $120 though so I got pipped too.
