mate maybe if you spent less money chasing those teenage girls on Bribie [ half your luck] you could afford the $1250
Cheers

Hi Zordo,

How much extra is it to have airbags fitted to the rear ?
Which Brand/s do you use ?

Thanks,
James.

Hi mate.
Can use boss air bags $600
or Air bagman $750
Fitting $175
Cheers

Zordo,

Just wondering what shocks you would suggest for a d22 (2" lift - STD springs extended shackles and wound up std torsions)

Mainly used for touring/med 4wding (think something to handle cape/kimberleys)

The shortest Boss shocks are still too long for the front :(
(add 60mm from their website measurements to get the CL pin - pin)

35mm gas shocks such as EFS or ironman foamcell for the front.
Flex up the rear end to check the extended lenght
i wouldn't use boss shocks . There tooo many problems with them.
Cheers

can you elaborate on the problems with boss shocks zordo?

Boss are not backing up their products.
The threaded ends keep falling off.
The adjusters lock up after some time
Cheers

Ok how about EFS all round.
What kind of $$$ we talkin'? PM's fine
Also what lengths do EFS shocks come in?
(something around 350mm closed)
Thinkin' about moving the shock mounts so can you give us the sizes same upto 425mm closed.

Thanks Tom.
EFS have shocks in varying lenghts - eye / eye configaration
325-530
346-585
363-595
380-630
385-632
397-650
425-700

These shocks would need rebushing.
Shocks are $110es plus rebushing
Cheers

Thanks for the feedback zordo I will keep it in mind when buying new suspension for my maverick.

How much for a steering dampener kit for a d22 str 2004 navara 3ltr turbo.
Regards cabhsv

Sorry mate can't help with a damper for D22.
Do you really need one ????
Cheers

remember steering dampeners only hide the faults of the steering system. theres no way you would need one on a D22 with a small lift.

how many D40s are there out there
I have lifted 6 in the past 5 weeks :thank_you2:
No 7 next week & it's only one day old
Talk about doing suspension in my sleep

Hey Boys,

Just want to give a big shout out to ZORDO's 4WD SUSPENSION!

I got my D22 Navara Single Cab lifted by John on the weekend and it looks awesome!

I got the 2" EFS Suspension Kit that included EFS front torsion bars, EFS rear comfort springs, EFS Elite Shocks for the Front, EFS Enforcer Shocks for the Rear w/ Ironman Greasable Shackles for the rear springs plus a ZORDOs 2" Body Lift for the Cab of my Ute.

I highly recommend on giving John a call if you are considering lifting you Navara or any 4wd to discuss your suspension needs as he has been in the industry for a very long time and he can recommend the best requirements that you would need.

After personally dealing with John to discuss my suspension needs and to organize a time to get John to fit my EFS Suspension and Body Lift, I couldn't recommend anyone else better suited to the job. John's attention to detail and high quality of workmanship of the fitting of the suspension and bodylift was fantastic!

I have attached some photos so that you can see what my D22 looks like with the 2" Suspension Kit and 2" Body lift that has given me the wheel guard clearance to fit some 265/75R16 tyres that has help me add some great ground clearance to the chassis and even better ground clearance to the Cab of the Ute.

I have also added the link to my D22's album for a few extra snaps of my lifted up ute.

Thanks again John and hope to see you soon out at some 4wd parks!
