Do you have a bullbar etc and carry load on the back? You may have shocks that are not right for the weight or lack of weight on your rig. I had snake racing send me a set of really stiff shocks for a heavier duty application which made my car extremely rough to drive.

thanks for the advice, I just rang snake racing and the bloke reckons hes never seen a nav that didnt have a brake proportioning valve on the rear diff. ill go for a squirt and lock the brakes up see and what goes on. Its nearly due for a service so ill ask the guys when I drop it in also.

Or can I just go out at 80 or so and stomp the brakes and see what happens with the abs?

I blanked both ends on mine..that way it doesnt need any type of sealant. The plates just seal against the existing gaskets.. This makes it easier to remove if i run into a drama and have to take it to the dealer ( lease vehicle) .By blocking both ends it will stop shit getting it there aswell..

Ahhh yep just had a proper look at the graphs and noticed the boost pressure.. Pretty awesome temp drops there.. Anyone with a new manual had the mod done through you guys?? I think I'd like to get the exhaust done first then the intercooler a bit later. What sort of price am I looking at...

tizz i have a similar noise mate, im not sure if yours is the same but mine makes a buzzing kind of noise when the A/C cuts back in. mine definately seems like its around the front end.

The way I see it is if the ECU hasn't thrown a code for blocking the EGR on anyone's d40 then one would imagine it can't be affecting things too greatly.

When you fitted the system was there a fair bit of oil in the PCV line?? I'm going to check mine next weekend and decide whether if really needs it.
