thanks a lot everyone, went and spoke with my local exhaust guy and he thinks he can build me the same mandrel bent exhaust and a little cheaper. Hopefully will be getting it fitted next week, will let you know if or how much fuel i save and if it goes better. again thanks for the feedback.

Hello again,you mentioned you were going to get a new rear bar but wanted to use the existing toe bar, have your been able to find anything that would work? I have the same problem and just think it's a waist having to get rid of a perfectly good toebar.

Yeah mate mines done around 80k now have always had seems to be there all the time when i'm towing my trailler, or when my canopy has a lot of weight in it. Haven't hear at this stage what it is, please let me know if you find out what it is.

Hi guys, i have a D40 with an old man emu 2" lift all round, does anyone know what the biggest & widest tyre combination would be on the standard D40 rims? I'm new to this so would love any feedback.
