this is my little repair the other day. cut the primer plunger off, give it a boil on the stove and then weld a plate across. fitted a boat style fuel primer back at the tank.

anyone got any info on changing the heater core in a d22. i'm not getting any heat out of it. very little water is running through it when i put the hose on it and it takes a lot of effort to blow through it. so i'm picking its fairly well blocked.
