Hey guys have a look at my facebook page, www.facebook.com/4x4.storage just finished a navara drawer twin drawer system with twin fridge slides.

so what were the results , has the chip been put in the 550 yet

im sure it would be fine m8 , just make sure you evenly distribute the weight , and get the highest rated dawer slides , mine are 225kg with drawer out 500mm and fully extended the rating drops to a 100kg which is still a good rating considering the dawer comes out 1400mm

Drawer system complete , just got to play around with dual battery now ,

All covered in marine carpet , to the right will hold second battery with switch panel , and the left will be my compressor ,

Well the draws slide have arrived so on with the build . A bit more weight reduction draw slides fitted

got the runners of ebay , 1300 long that extend to 2600 , rated heavy duty 225 kg , these were heaviest rated ones i could find , cost 200 bucks, just waiting for them to arrive so i can finish the job off and cover it alll in marine carpet.

ok so makeing the drawer styste has started, just waiting on the drawer runner to arrive now, have a look so far. Cut alot to try and save some weight All joints screwed and glued and all ends painted with pva

New canopy and custom drawers Just got my canopy fitted , will be building draw system in rear now , will post pics up as i go along

does any one no if the tub size is the same on a 2010 rx the same as 2012 550,reason i ask is im after a canopy for my 550 and seen one on a 2010 rx in mint condition, just making sure it will fit

stock is 30 on the 550 , do you think the 25 offset would sit out side the gaurds

my 550 came with the stripes , left mine in the sun and pealed them off ,looks loads better

right guys i no this has been asked loads of times, i have the v6 550 nav my plan is to fit 265 70 17 st maxx tyres, im looking at ordering some new rims , 17x8 or 17x9 , which is going to be the best offset for each wheel size i need , i dont want them to stick out the archs . update...
