Can anyone on here do me a mad favour. As I am nowhere near my car at the moment, I need someone to unscrew the antenna out of the mount and tell me what the size of the thread is, and whether it is male or female. I am looking on ebay for a shorter european one. Any help, or pics for that...

I was pretty lucky in the fact I mentioned to the wreckers I got this gear off of that the ambient temp sensor "may" work but wasn't sure. He just said yeah ok ill throw it in and you can have a play. (!) I found out later that you can pay up to $170 for this little thing! Pathfinder rear doors...
