    Zd30 not making boost

    Hi all. New to the forum. I'm a mechanic by trade and own a 2007 d22 3.0T zd30 I'm getting a very low boost pressure of max 12psi. Was wondering what the standard pressure is? I read somewhere 16-18? Vehicle seems to run out of puff pretty quickly. Butterfly and swirl mod done, 3" turbo...
