I'm trying to swap the Z24's between my 2 D21's and I'm stuck. The engine and gearbox are still connected to eachother and I'm really hoping to keep it that way. Whenever I try lift it out, the sump seems to get caught on something (the front diff I think) Is there any way I can get around this...

I'm getting a blue D21 off a mate and once I take what I need (engine, gearbox and a few interior bits) I'll be stripping the rest for a couple weeks, til I get sick of it or it's all gone. It's in pretty good nick. Go nuts hey, I'll be letting parts go dirt cheap.

If I'm sitting there just idling, the oil light on the dash comes on. As soon as I touch the accelerator, it goes away. What could this be?
