I have had this fault before after i drained and replaced the coolant. It has has an egr cooler pump that must have to be primed. Fixed by pulling the cooler hoses off at the top near the coolant reservoir and pouring coolant down, had to use a small funnel and do it a couple of times.

I went to costco they had michelin ones for my 550 at $12 each that's the whole arm and they are very good.Also seen them on ebay for $35.00 a pair including delivery. There very easy to fit. Just unclip the whole arm and clip the new ones in,just make sure you hear them click in job done.
