I paid $500 for mine off eBay. I'm still gunna play around with it but if setting 3 is as good as it gets than I wouldnt recommend it either. They make a lot of promise for bugger all result.

It realy is an easy job to do. Just make sure your prepaired and have everything you need before you start. I'd love to give anyone a hand. I work away though, i'm FIFO, and i'm currently halfway through house renovations so chances are i'll be pretty well booked out! sorry :(

I had a look at what a few other guys had done in here first. Then had a Long look at the available space and where I might put the pipes. I then just kept going through what was available Off eBay until I found a universal kit that I thought would work. I ended up with a couple of pipes left...

Hell yeah it is. I insulated all the pipes today. I just got some hot water/steam pipe insulation. Got it from Bunnings, $3.50 p/m. Looks factory now! Everything Is black and looks the part. Made virtually no Difference to the noise what so ever though. Slightly muffled but is still loud. Of well :)

Exhaust is next. I've been looking at the 3" systems on ebay. from $1100 to $1400. hurricane and redback systems. They all from the same mob in melbourne I think. I would rather buy a system like that and then put it on myself at home. Dont know much about them brands but they cant be too bad...

yeah it is a whinch bar, I have no intention of putting a whinch on it. I doubt one would fit now. I will actually cut a bit more of the bar away and put a couple of maybe3" holes either side of the whinch reccess just to get some better airflow to the cooler. 99% of my driving is on road and...

I wasn't all that worried. It's not ideal, but, I don't plan on hitting anything! In hindsight, I prob should have gone a smaller Cooler but I couldn't pass that one up. I think it measures about 45cmx30cm and is about 10cm thick. A bit big I know! Will get the most out I it with other mods.

I'll put a couple up, see if they help but check out other post on this forum. That's where I got my 'instructions' :)
