you need to bleed the injectors. just crack open the nut (on top of the injector) a bit and crank until it squirts fuel out (put foot on full throttle).
then tighten up and try to start.

not hard to get under and manually adjust them.

can't remember if there is a spec for the timing chain, but it would be fine to reuse and its not known for breaking so...
