Could have been the mounts. Won't know as I pulled the wheel arch ones out and greased them up, also tightened the next ones back at the same time I took the rock out. Maybe a bit of both.

Well I just finished playing with the body mounts. I loosened, greased and retightened the two front ones in the wheel arches. Pulled up the carpet, broke both the plastic covers over the bolt heads and tightened both the ones in the front drivers and passenger footwell. Went to tighten the next...

Hope that's all it is. From the quick checks I have done, all the suspension looks okay still. All the body mounts run off the chassis rails on brackets don't they? How many in total? Don't want to miss any..... On a side note it's already 30 outside and only going to get hotter not looking...

So do you have anything in in the rear aswell?? I don't push to hard when on tracks and was thinking the front lokka would help just that little bit more. Also I now have a knock/thud coming through the drivers side front foot well when Corning hard to the left and hitting a bump or lumpy bit...

Where did you get the tail shaft spacer from? Did u happen to take any photos of the centre bearing when it was pulled to the rear slightly? I think mine is pulled to the rear also but I didn't take any notice of what it looked like before hand. Did u end up using the wedges?

Hey mate 805mm on both sides at the rear. Can't tell you what is was before hand but has jumped up heaps as my old springs were nearly flat!! I've maintained a decent gap for the bump stops at the front so my truck has that nose down, rear raised look That measurement is with 4 bags of cement...

I'll measure it tomorrow for you. I got heaps though as the springs were nearly flat.

Yeah I have thrown 4 20kg bags of cement I have that have gone hard. Seems to have smoothed it out a little. Just means I'll have to hurry up and build the canopy and draws!

No I don't have constant weight just yet. Got the heavy kit for future plans of canopy and draws. If I chuck in a couple of bags of old cement I have laying around will this help with the vibrations?? Or can I takeout a leaf from the pack, and if so is it the third leaf from the top?

Did you end up getting the wedges? If so what degree and how has it ended up?

Zordo I have installed the kit I mentioned above and now I'm getting constant vibrations. More noticeable when I take off and I can hear a constant hum, especially around 80-90km/h. The springs are mounted with the short end forward and I was thinking if I turn them around it will straighten out...
