I can't see an issue with your proposal. I have a friend who has two AGM batteries of about that size (100-120 Ah) connected in parallel in a 2021 Mercedes Sprinter motor home.
I have two low profile AGM 45Ah batteries connected in parallel to give me a 90Ah battery pack.
The oil manufacturers have lube guides on their websites. You don't say where you're from but here's an example for the Australian oil brand Penrite: https://penriteoil.com.au/product-selector#/

The IMMO, Key, ECU and BCM are linked. If you replace any one of them then the key has to be re-coded to link them all together again.
Replacing the ignition barrel that has a new key won't work for you. You'll be able to turn the ignition on but the IMMO light will flash on the dash. The car...
The typical suspension lift has been great for my D40 ... mines 40mm. I also put 235/85R16 all terrain tyres on the standard 16" x 7" rims which gave me about 10mm extra diff clearance so my roof is about 50mm higher than standard. I've done the Canning Stock Route with this set up and had no...
Sounds like a failing alternator over run pulley. Loosen the serpentine belt so the crank pulley spins without driving the belt. Run the engine for a few moments and see if the noise has gone.
Considering Nissan build Navara's next door in Thailand it's a reasonable assumption Malaysia's D40's come from there.

It's probably the upper control arm (UCA) hitting the strut tower. I fixed this problem by installing 25mm extended UCA ball joints. There are also replacement UCA's available designed to not hit the strut tower.
I made a short video for D40 owners who might be interested in the 25mm extended...
Have a look at the Autel MaxiAP200. It reads codes in all modules plus I can confirm it will code keys, injectors and recode ECU's to suit the keys, BCM and immobiliser. They're about $AUD130 on eBay and other online sites and give close to Dealer level capability.
If you think this is for you...
The important thing is to make sure you order a radiator for an automatic and Thai as the Spain radiators won't fit.
I bought a new radiator for my 2011 Thai D40 from Natrad for about $450 two years ago. I've done many expeditions since then and had no issues with it.
I have a Thai built 2011 single cab RX D40. It had manual mirrors as standard which I converted to electric. I had to get the front door wiring harnesses, four way switch and mirrors from the Thai dual cab donor vehicle.
The power mirror wiring was present in the cab up to the connector behind...
