that is uncanny because that was the exact location of my damaged hose.

I noticed a spot of oil/fuel under my car when walking up to it in the car park,..closer inspection found that yes,...there is a small split in the return line. Quick trip the supercheap for some new hose and I do believe that has solved the problem...starts now like it always did.

I put a set of higher profile tyres on my stock D22 rims, (235/85/16 BF Goodrich all terrains) more-so because i really liked the tyres used on the land cruisers I drove in a mine site in WA in that they wore really well. The result was a drop in engine revs of a couple hundred at highway speed...

i dont have one on my d22 yet, on list of things to do but i reckon you might find some posts on this forum re: catch cans. Its been recommended to steer clear of the el-cheapo ones.

I have just ordered a hand prime pump,...fuel seems to be bleeding back away from pump after being parked up for a while...no diesel leaks on my garage floor or when i pump up primer,..sometimes 10-15 pumps now til it goes firm. Hoping this will sort the problem. will post results if and when...
