As mentioned, you can get the lights on ebay, however they only come with a basic switch. Best bet is to buy the lights off ebay or the like, don't use the wiring that comes with them but use the factory fitted wiring. There was a guy on eBay last week that was selling an ARB bullbar, with a partial swap required. The idea was that he would sell the bullbar and swap his 'cut' factory bar for a complete unit - might be worth looking at. If not, just sell the bullbar to subsidise the cost of the required parts...

Definitely doable. A guy in the UK even sells blanks in a kit of two that blocks both ends and removes the pipe in it's entirety.
