Hi fellas, I've done a lot reading in regards to the tyre size I have fitted, and everyone seems to have no problem with scrubbing, except I do.. On 50% lock either left hand down or right hand down, I rub against what it sou ds like inner guard. But upon further inspection I find rub marks...

Mate I got 265/70/17 and I get scrubbing on the front end against the chassis @ only 50% lock.. I run Achilles xmt muddies.. I might add I am quite happy with them.. quiet grub the road well, great in the sand

Well I fitted 265/70/17 Achilles xmt muddies, and I rub on 50% lock on the chassis.. really annoying.. Bob Jane said it would fit fine but no good.. on full flex I also scrub out fairly harshly on the rear as well, and I have a tray back.

Since then I've had another service done, reset ecu and fuel pump and I'm about to block the EGR this week.. but I'm yet to do a highway run.

Going against the head wind, I was pretty much getting a lot worse 12's to even 13 at some stages.. just couldn't believe it.. I was running vortex diesel as well..
