Hi, I got one of those for my V9X after frequently getting EGR codes for insufficient gas flow. Agree it's a bit pricey but it fixed the problem. It goes into what I assume is the MAF sensor plug next to the air filter and takes only a couple of minutes to install.

I remember reading about this a few years ago and the advice was to pop it out but from the front first. I did this with mine after the sunglass holder wouldn't shut. The clips may break if you try to get it out from the back first.

I have one. It's genuine Nissan, straight, in good condition and comes with all plastic bits, mounting irons and number plate lights. I fitted a dropside tray so no longer need the old tub and its bits. Located near Bright in NE Vic.

My 2012 STX 550 towing our Safari 21'6 caravan which weighs 2.88 tonnes over the axles plus drawbar weight of 200kg generally runs at 18l/100km when travelling up and down the east coast. Would be nice to have a bigger fuel tank to increase range between fills.
