I reckon it would be easier doing a body swap from the 2wd Nav chassis to the 4wd pathy. So you would have your navara body on the pathy chassis and running gear. Less engineering.

Same here. 03 model though. My next step was going to be fitting a K&N replacement for the factory filter. I've already removed the gunk from the intake and all the other standard Mods. Admittedly I am running 32's but I'm only 3kmh over at 100kmh.

I've done the liquimoly purge a couple of times and had no noticeable difference. It's been a bit better since I removed the bypass though.

As far as I know, 2" is the max you would want to go without a diff drop kit and a upper control arm change. Search calmini uca. There are a few lads that have done that. There are quite a few people here that have a 2" lift with no other Mods and have no issues. I guess it depends what kind...

What are you using to attach pictures? Looks good though. The main reason I want to do my flares is because the paint is all chipped and damaged.

Who was it that told you that? The control arm will top out, and the cv angle will increase but I'm pretty sure you only run into issues over 2" lift. Some of the more experienced members may be able to confirm that though.

Personally I'm looking at tough dog. They seem to have a better reputation as far as suspension goes and a few members here have the TD 2" (40mm) lift with no complaints.

Just wire a switch in parallel with the thermo switch. Take the +12V feed from thermo switch, connect that to the switch you want and then connect the other side of the witch to a clean earth.

Or on Navy ships. When halon reacts it releases hydrogen sulfide. Bad shit that is. Maybe a plumbed in co2 drench to the engine bay? the rhibs we have have an engine compartment fire suppression system too. Can't remember what it is though.
