single knock, Havent heard it since the second time... The sound is as if someone is under the car with a rubber mallet, and gives under the wheel arch a single large hit.

id just put anything valuable - like helmet, boots etc on the back seat. thinking I'll just occy strap the ramp to one of the tie points.

I phoned around, got a price from a few dealers then called the guys in Gladstone (100km away, my local dealership are knobs). They matched the price I wanted then I picked it up that arvo. No waiting for anything. Was great! That was in April this year.

DMF's are horrible. We have one in our subaru liberty. Got replaced at around 40K.
