It sounds like a lot for an 8 yr old truck with an unknown issue - accessories can help sell a vehicle though they don't add value. How does it compare to others on carsales.com.au ??

Whoever told you this is either: A stoner on a trip. A 14yo that had a grip on himself but nothing else. Someone with deep pockets and access to lots of replacement parts and builds them to run 1/4 mile at a time. NO WAY is that possible with any reliability from a YD25.

That goes without saying... broken timing chain is the end of the engines life... until repaired or replaced. I guess if nissan offer 6y/100k waranty then ASAP after this expires change it..

I doubt is, its 94000 out of warranty. It sux none the less. Is the timing chain a scheduled service item?

DO the math. 240w light Bar / 13v = 18.5 amps 2x 100w Spotlights = 200w / 13v = 15.4 amps Your drawing 33Amps through a 30Amp relay. Add resistance and you may be 35Amps. A 40Amp relay should do the job but make sure your wiring is up to it i.e At least 6mm from battery to relay (pin 30)...

Springs and shocks are like tyres, they are a consumable. Cheap ones are, well ... cheap but not necessarily good value. Does the RAW suspension have a warranty period??

timing chains are an issue - count on doing a replacement around 100K - ish ..... they are about $2k I think...
