Could also be the waste gate solenoid valve.

Had a similar problem with my D22, took to Nissan and they ran diagnostics which could not find the problem. It ended up being a faulty sensor in/on? the fuel rail. Have also been told it could have been a sensor under the pedal? cant verify that one though. Hope this helps

Hey guys, just to let you know, I did the EGR Plate on my D22. In my opinion I can say it was a real bad move, the mechanic pulled off the intercooler and put his finger into the rail and it was super thick of gunk. He said that the plate had stopped the hot emissions running through the engine...

Hey guys, I have wiring in the engine bay I need to get to a switch beside the Heater button on the RHS of the steering column. Im trying to figure out a way to get it in there, I have tried coming through the rubber grommet between the door and the vehicle but to no avail.. any ideas?

Does anyone know if modifying the original exhaust system eg. cutting off the rear can and adding a resignator. Will void manufacturers warranty on vehicle?
