Has anyone replaced/ sourced the nylon bushes that seat in the fan belt tensioner pulley shockey? One seats on the bottom of the little tensioner shockey and bolts into the engine block. You cant buy parts for them from nissan or parts stores. You have to buy pretty much the whole setup.

I have done a search but can't seem to find anything on aftermarket seat modification for a d22. Has anyone changed their front stock seats to seats from other vehicles? How hard was it to get the base to fit the new seat? Or is it simply easier to put aftermarket seats in (eg recaro etc)?

I was finally able to get my 3" mandrel bent exhaust done but unfortunately the bloke coundn't bend the pipe to make a new dump pipe. However, he was able to "clean" out the original cat. Just wondering if it is possible to get the ECU re-programmed to improve fuel economy and power instead of putting a chip in and if its cost benefit is better than a chip? If you know that the ECU can be re-programmed can you please tell me who would do it?
